Lyoto: “Everything he said won’t help when the lock closes”

Lyoto Machida faces Quinton “Rampage”Jackson in the main fight of UFC-123, an event that will take place on November 20, in Michigan, in the United States. The Brazilian is looking to regain the UFC light heavyweight belt, but is not losing focus on his next opponent. In a promotional video for the show, Machida stated that all the provocations made by Rampage, who questioned the training and urine therapy practiced by the Tupiniquim black belt, did not affect the final result of the fight.

“Everything can be said until the lock closes, but after it closes, everything he said won’t be of any use. It's difficult to predict anything, especially at this high level. Anything can happen”, stated Lyoto who continues. “There are two former champions and only one will have his place in the sun”, he added. Check out the full video below:
