Brazilian's doping confession Lyoto Machida less than three days before UFC Fight Night Tampa fell like a bomb in the MMA world this Wednesday (13). The one who didn't like the situation at all was the veteran Dan Henderson, who would face Lyoto in the co-main fight of the event, next Saturday (16). Without an opponent and off the card, and consequently also without a paycheck, Hendo took the fight to Machida.

“You load of s***, zero respect,” wrote the angry Henderson on his official profile on Twitter, along with the news about Lyoto's departure from the Tampa card.
The person who also commented on the case and did not spare Machida was the Brazilian coach Ricardo “Pantcho”, responsible for Henderson's ground game. “I don’t believe what he said, I don’t believe he’s innocent. Honestly, I don't believe it. It was a lack of respect for the UFC, the sport and Dan Henderosn. This was a mess for fans who don't know what's going on to believe. And unfortunately, they will believe and support you. In reality, it was disrespectful,” he declared, on the channel’s “Combat” website.
At 45, Dan Henderson has a record of 31 wins and 14 losses. The veteran only has one more fight left on his UFC contract and he doesn't know if he'll do it against Lyoto Machida, if the rematch against the Brazilian is rescheduled, or another opponent, if the “Dragão” is suspended and remains inactive for a long time.
