Derek Campos' injury caused last-minute changes to the Bellator 152 card, a card that will mark the debut of the second largest MMA organization on the planet in Italy. With Campos' injury, the event announced the signing of Brazilian Kevin Souza, who recently left the UFC. Souza will be the new opponent of Patricky Pitbull in the main fight of the night.

Kevin had signed a contract with the Croatian organization Final Fight Championship in recent days, and would debut in June. The agreement with the Eastern European event, however, was canceled and the Brazilian was released to fight in Bellator.

Bellator 152 takes place in the city of Turin, next Friday (16). In addition to the main card with five MMA fights, the event will also feature the debut of “Bellator Kickboxing”, a co-promotion of the organization chaired by Scott Coker and the Italian event “Oktagon Kickboxing”.
