After having her Octagon debut finally confirmed, against Leslie Smith at UFC 198 in Curitiba (PR), the Brazilian Chris Cyborg found itself faced with a real fair shake due to a gaffe committed by the organization.

By including Cyborg on the fighter page of its official website, the UFC ended up placing the Brazilian in the middle of the men's bantamweight category, and not in the women's. The error was corrected after a few hours, but an image recording the gaffe had already spread across the internet.
The event that will mark the debut of Chris Cyborg in Ultimate will be the first in 2016 in Brazil and has everything to become the biggest ever held in the country in history. The card will take place at Arena da Baixada, Atlético-PR's stadium, with the promise of an audience of over 40 thousand people.
In the main fight, Fabricio Werdum will defend the heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic. In the co-main event, Vitor belfort face Ronaldo Jacare in a fight valid for the middleweight category. Additionally, the card will also have the return of Anderson Silva, which will face Uriah Hall.
