The Brazilians Rafael Feijão e Daniel sarafian are no longer part of the UFC fighter roster. With an irregular record in their last performances, the duo was released by the organization.

Former Strikeforce champion, Rafael Feijão, which is also one of the main corners of Anderson Silva, was coming off three consecutive defeats, with four setbacks in his last five fights. The Team Nogueira athlete was defeated by Ovince St Preux in its last performance, in February this year.

The recent retrospective of Daniel sarafian, although not as negative as Feijão's, was also not enough to keep him in Ultimate. The TUF Brasil 1 finalist, who ended up not competing in the final due to an injury on the eve of the event, lost three of his last four fights, including his last duel – against Oluwale Bamgbose, in February this year. The information about the dismissal of Sarafian and Feijão was first released by the website “Olimpo MMA”.
