Coming off a good streak of four consecutive victories, the middleweight Murilo Ninja He already has a date set to return to combat. This Tuesday, the Cage Potato website announced that the Brazilian is the new signing for the Canadian W-1 event. Ninja's debut on the show will take place on October 23, in Nova Scotia, against Roy Boughton, a fighter who has a record of four wins and just one loss.
“We are very excited to add a fighter of Murilo’s caliber to our first show in Nova Scotia. I'm really proud,” said organization president Jack Bateman.
“Our fans are excited. Ninja is one of the fighters I've always enjoyed seeing as a fan and I couldn't be more excited to have him fighting for W-1,” added the manager.
Also according to the report, if Ninja wins the event, the Brazilian fighter should be announced as a reinforcement for the UFC middleweight category, an organization that his brother, Mauricio Shogun, is the champion of the light heavyweight division.
