As controversial as the result of the main fight of the UFC London, last Saturday (27), was the reaction of the Brazilian Anderson Silva, who cited the Brazilian political scenario and spoke about corruption among jurors, who gave victory to Michael Bisping. However, the Brazilian's revolt was indeed something momentary and, after the duel, while receiving medical treatment, the stars of the night's main fight shared a moment of pure fair play.
In the outpatient clinic of the “O2 Arena”, the venue for the duel, Anderson and Bisping were photographed during a handshake between the curtain that divided the fighters' stretchers. The scene was reproduced by the Englishman himself on social media. “This is Anderson and I exchanging expressions of respect while being attended to by doctors”, wrote the “Conde”.
At 36, Michael Bisping has a professional record of 28 wins and seven losses. With the triumph over Anderson, the Briton achieved three consecutive victories and should move up in the middleweight division. Already Anderson Silva, 40 years old, suffered his seventh defeat in MMA, Spider also has another 33 victories and one fight without result in his career.
