After defeat to Kimbo Slice at Bellator, Dada 5000 suffers cardiac arrest

The knockout defeat to Royce gracie no Bellator 149, last Friday (19), has not yet been well digested by Ken Shamrock. The American filed a formal request with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and wants the result to be reversed to a “no contest”.

On his official website, Shamrock published the complaint, based on the fact that the central referee's interruption had been wrong in the fight. According to the American veteran's claim, Royce hit him with an illegal knee in his genitals before the knockdown who paved the way to victory.

Ken's request doesn't stop there. He also demands that a new fight against Gracie be scheduled as soon as possible and that the duel be called “Gracie x Shamrock 3”, completely disregarding the existence of the duel at Bellator 149.

Ken Shamrock is now 52 years old and Royce gracie he has 49. Before the duel last Friday, the rivals had faced each other twice: in UFC 1, with Royce winning by submission; and at UFC 5, when they dueled to a draw.
