The Brazilian Danillo “Indian” Villefort was announced this weekend on the card for the thirteenth edition of Shark Fights, an event that takes place on September 11th, in Amarillo, in the United States.
The Tupiniquim black belt will replace the injured player Drew mcfedries on the show, and will measure forces against the tough Joey Villasenor.
In its last performance, “Índio” defeated Cassiano Tytschyo, in the sixth edition of Bitetti Combat, in February this year, while Villasenor is coming off a defeat, against the also Brazilian, Ronaldo Jacare at Strikeforce, held in May.
The main fight of Shark Fights 13 will be the light heavyweight title fight between Trevor Prangley and Keith Jardine. Check out the full event card:
