The defeat for Holly holm may have shaken the status of unquestionable champion of Ronda Rousey. However, the blonde's popularity remains higher than ever, despite the knockout and the loss of the UFC women's bantamweight title. This weekend, Rousey was announced as one of the covers of the traditional “Swimsuit” edition of “Sports Illustrated” magazine.

The publication in 2016 decided to innovate and presented three different covers, which surprised the protagonists, Ronda, Ashley Graham and Hailey Clauson. Another novelty in the sports publication's annual swimsuit edition was the absence of swimsuits themselves, which gave way to photographs of nude athletes displaying only body paint.
