James Toney challenges Randy Couture to boxing match
After being finished in just over three minutes per Randy Couture, the boxer James Toney wants a new fight with “Captain America”. The fighter, who was four times world boxing champion, challenges Randy to get into the ring to face each other in a duel in the 'noble art'.
“Randy Couture is a legend in his sport (MMA). I don't know him personally, but he seems like a good person, but if he's a real man, put on the gloves and do it my way. I did it his way, now come do it mine”, said James, in an interview with Fight Hype, challenging Couture to face him under Boxing rules.
Despite the challenge, the duel between Randy Couture and James should not happen, as Couture has an exclusive contract with the UFC to fight only under MMA rules.
