With just over two weeks to go until UFC Fight Night London, Michael Bisping showed a sharp tongue in statements regarding his fight against Anderson Silva, headlining the February 27th event.
The Englishman, a veteran UFC fighter, hopes to defeat the Brazilian and receive the unprecedented chance to fight for the organization's middleweight belt. Even in the face of the biggest fight of his career, Bisping is not afraid of the “Spider’s” knockout style.

At 40 years old, Anderson is one of the oldest UFC athletes today. However, Bisping believes that this will not be the decisive factor in the fight, but rather the Brazilian's downtime, who has only had one fight since 2014.
“He's almost 41 years old and I'll be 37 the day after the fight. I have a small age advantage, but it's not a big deal. He's the kind of guy who takes care of himself, not an animal who goes around partying. What I think will be a problem is his inactivity: he has had a fight in the last two years. Fighting rusty is a serious problem, and he will be under a lot of pressure. I think this will affect him”, analyzed the Englishman.
Bisping once again criticized the Brazilian for his positive doping test for anabolic steroids in his most recent fight, in January 2015, which he considers to be definitive proof that Anderson used illegal substances throughout his career.
“Having the career he has and being the 'mighty Anderson Silva', don't tell me he started using it there. With the legacy he has, he wouldn't accept putting everything at risk. Finally, Bisping believes that a victory against Anderson would put him in the position of number one challenger for the category belt, since, in his view, there would be no other more qualified athlete at the moment.
