Former UFC fighter Jason Miller can't seem to stay out of trouble with the law. The North American, who has a history of problems with the law, was arrested last Sunday (7) after being caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

The episode took place in the city of Irvine, in the US state of California. Because Miller had had several problems with the police in the past, several vehicles were sent to capture him, although the fighter did not resist arrest. Miller was released on the same day, but will have to appear in court to provide clarification on March 7th.

Interestingly, the episode took place days before the announcement that Miller would retire from MMA to compete for the Venator FC belt in Italy. The American has not fought since leaving the UFC in 2012.
