Expo Fighting Championship (EFC Brasil) emerged as an innovative idea that aimed to be the first fight fair on national territory. However, the athletes who would fight in the event, and the coaches, who would give seminars, complained about not receiving their salaries and the last day of the exhibition ended up cancelled.

One of the show's organizers, Alessandro Campanini, sought out the SUPER FIGHTS and sent us an open letter, stating that the problem was generated by the Associação de Submission de Freestyle do Interior Paulista, a partnership with Box Propaganda (Alessandro's company) at the event.

PUBLICITY:

“Box Propaganda is the company that created and organizes the event called EFC Brasil, in partnership (30%) with ASFIP (Associação de Submission de Freestyle do Interior Paulista). Like every 'first' fair, we always expect some mistakes and we can say that we at the EFC Brasil organization made just one: signing a partnership contract with the Associação de Submission Freestyle do Interior Paulista”, said the beginning of the open letter . Still during the text, the company Box Propaganda states that ASFIP representatives caused all the turmoil on the second day of the event.

PUBLICITY:

“We learned that Ms. Adriana (one of those responsible for ASFIP), who until now has not been able to explain why her Association has not been able to find athletes to generate income to honor their commitments and has also not yet explained where the payments from athletes from Saturday, much less where the 300 bracelets they took ended up, met with the exhibitors and stated that the organization was absconding with more than R$60.000,00 in cash, money that we have not seen the color of until now.”

Despite all the problems, in the open letter, Alessandro Campanini and his partner Álvaro Foldi, state that athletes are already starting to get paid

PUBLICITY:

“We are taking appropriate action against those who, directly or indirectly, accused us of being thieves and deadbeats, as well as those who threatened our employees and our families. We also make it clear that BOX PROPAGANDA is responsible and that, as soon as these issues are resolved, it will comply with all its financial obligations to suppliers, sponsors and athletes”.
