Once again the Jones family became involved in drug problems. Younger brother of Jon Jones, former UFC light heavyweight champion, Chandler Jones was admitted to a hospital in the Boston region, in the United States, after suffering an alleged pill overdose last Sunday (10).

Chandler, 25, is an American football player for the New England Patriots, current NFL champion. According to local press reports, the athlete's hospitalization took place shortly after a party held at the home of a teammate, Rob Gronkowski.

However, the New England Patriots reported that Chandler's hospitalization was medical, not police. The team confirmed what happened, but highlighted that the player normally participated in training earlier this week.

Chandler's fighting brother has also been involved in drug problems recently. In early 2015, Jon was admitted to a rehabilitation clinic after failing a cocaine drug test. Months later, he was involved in a traffic accident and fled the scene because his car was filled with marijuana. Recently, Jon admitted to having drug problems in an interview.
