UFC announces Nigerian as Sarafian's new opponent

Oluwale Bamgbose will replace Sam Alvey at UFC Fight Night 82 in February

the american Sam alvey was cut from UFC Fight Night 82, an event in which he would face Daniel sarafian, in the last days of 2015. This Wednesday (06), just over a week after Alvey's cut, the Ultimate organization announced Alvey's replacement and Sarafian's new opponent: the Nigerian Oluwale Bamgbose.

At 28 years old, Oluwale Bamgbose has a record of five wins and one loss in professional MMA. The “Chute Boxe EUA” athlete will have his second fight in the octagon. In his debut, August last year, the Nigerian was defeated by Uriah Hall.

At 33 years old, Sarafian has a professional record of nine wins and five losses. After suffering two consecutive defeats, Sarafian recovered in his last duel and beat his compatriot Junior Alpha in December 2014 – spending the entire year of 2015 without stepping foot in the octagon.

UFC Fight Night 82 takes place on February 21st, at the Consol Energy Center, in Pittsburgh (USA). In the main fight of the night, “Cowboy” Donald Cerrone moves up to welterweight and faces Tim means.
