Last November, the former boxer Holly holm shocked the world of MMA and became an instant star of the sport by beating the then bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and win the UFC belt. It took a few weeks, but the blonde's achievement finally paid off with the Ultimate organization. This is because Holm signed a new contract with Ultimate and extended his relationship with the event.
The renewal of the contract between Holm and Ultimate was highlighted by the fighter's manager, Lenny Fresquez, in an interview with the website of the “ESPN” channel in the United States. The values of the new bond were not disclosed. According to Fresquez, the contract will be valid for “multiple years”.
At 34, Holly holm has an undefeated record of ten wins in ten professional MMA fights. Holm's return to the octagon will take place precisely in a rematch against Ronda Rousey. The duel, already announced by president Dana White, does not yet have an official date, but there is a good chance it will take place at UFC 200, in July.
