Werdum submits Fedor
After finishing the legend Fedor Emelianenko in Strikeforce, the Brazilian Fabricio Werdum reap the laurels of the beautiful victory over the Russian. In an exclusive interview with the website SUPER FIGHTS, the black belt told how he is looking for his classes and seminars after the triumph.
“It changed everything for the better for me and it was very important. After this victory, I have more than 30 calls a day at my gym, more students entered, and the cost of the seminar increased. It’s like any other profession, a singer, a football player, as you grow and gain prominence the value changes”, said Werdum
Giving seminars in the United States, Werdum made a point of stating that he should only fight again in 2011, as he intends to treat an old arm injury.
“After these seminars I will have surgery on my elbow that I have been putting off for some time. As it's already July and I only want to fight again when I'm 100%, I think it's difficult to fight this year, because after recovery there's physiotherapy, conditioning and everything else. So I should only come back next year”, concluded Werdum
