Even though nothing has been officially announced, the rematch between Ronda Rousey e Holly holm for the UFC belt should take place in July 2016, at the historic UFC 200, in Las Vegas (USA). Both the organization and the two athletes have already expressed their support for the plans. However, there are those who want this to stay the same: Ronda's nutritionist, Mike Dolce.

Dolce stated that his fighter will not be physically fit to fight in July 2016 after suffering a knockout to Holm last month, at UFC 193. For him, the ideal date would be much later, preferably in the latter part of next year. .
“No way [the rematch should happen at UFC 200]. Personally, I think this doesn't make any sense for any athlete who lost by technical knockout. She needs at least three months without physical contact. And then you need another three months to return to the gym, only making light contact. That alone is six months, that is, May 2016. Then you start with the most intense training. I would like to see Ronda fighting between the autumn and winter [of the United States]. Maybe on the December card next year. I believe this is the best for my athlete’s health and safety”, said Dolce, in an interview with the “MMA Junkie Radio” podcast.
After the fight, Ronda reported that it would take “three months to be able to bite an apple” due to the injuries she acquired in the fight, such as a deep cut on her lip (which required plastic surgery) and loose teeth.
