Liddell's coach does not want a confrontation with Lyoto Machida

The black belt Lyoto Machida Ultimate is gaining more space, after submitting Cameroonian Thierry Sokoudjou at UFC-79, the Brazilian asked for the chance to face big names in the category such as Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz, but Iceman coach John Hackleman, one of the most respected names in the business, said he wouldn't want this match to happen.

“He's one of the guys I would least like Chuck to face. Not because he's tough or anything like that, it's because it's very difficult to prepare for his style. I knew he would beat the African Assassin (Sokoudjou). Machida is annoying, but he's like the Larry Holmes (boxer) of MMA, he ends up beating everyone. He’s a scary guy, it’s going to be very difficult to beat him,” Hackleman told American website Fighthype.
