Renato Babalu
With two Brazilians in action, another edition of Strikeforce takes place today in Los Angeles. In the main fight of the show, a combined weight duel (up to 88 kg), where Brazilian Renato “Babalu” Sobral, from the light heavyweight category (93 kg), faces the former EliteXC champion in the middleweight category (84 kg), Robbie Lawler. According to the organization's president, Scott Coker, the winner of this fight will have the right to compete for the belt in his category.
In addition to Babalu, another Brazilian on the main card will be chuteboxer Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos, who faces the tough Marius Zaramoskis. Check out the full card for the show that will start at 23pm:
