Getting closer to the long-awaited fight against José Aldo, Conor McGregor continues training hard at his gym with an eye on winning the UFC featherweight belt. The Irishman posted a video on his Instagram account in which he appears doing sit-ups to get in shape for combat.
What stands out is that McGregor performs the movement practically upside down, hanging from a punching bag. Precisely because you have to fight against the force of gravity, the sit-up becomes even more difficult.
After much anticipation, the fight between Aldo and McGregor is close to becoming a reality. The two fighters will enter the octagon on December 12th, in Las Vegas (USA), in the main attraction of UFC 194.
