the fight between José Aldo e Conor McGregor, scheduled to take place next month, is intriguing some of the MMA fans around the planet. After all, McGregor, more than his provocative style, has shown efficiency inside the octagon, winning every fight he has had in the UFC so far. However, former UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson believes that the Irishman does not have what it takes to displace Aldo, who has reigned dominantly in the 66 kg category for more than five years.

For Henderson, no other athlete in the featherweight division would be able to defeat Aldo under normal conditions. “I think the only way any featherweight fighter can win José Aldo in the next five years is if they catch him while he is sleeping in bed. So, I'll go with Aldo. Conor is tough, does a good job and brings a lot of attention to him, but I'll choose José Aldo”, said Henderson, in an interview with the website “MMA Digest”.
