The Bitetti Combat organization announced this Thursday afternoon the new opponent of Glover Teixeira in the seventh edition of the event, which takes place this Friday at Fundição Progresso, in Rio de Janeiro. To replace the American Jeff Monson, the one chosen by the show's promoters was Tiago Mônaco, a fighter from Paraná, a specialist in Muay Thai, who has 39 fights on his record, having won 24 of them.
“He's a guy who goes after him and really goes for a beating. He has experience and comes for all or nothing. You can wait, it will be a struggle”, warns businessman Fred Fontes. Check out the full event card:
