With four victories in the last five fights, Alan belcher positions himself as one of the main fighters in the UFC middleweight category. The American who, after beating Patrick Cote at UFC-113, asked for the chance to face Anderson Silva, changes the focus to two other Brazilians. In an interview with the MMA Junkie radio program, “O Talento”, as he is known, stated that he wants to face Demian Maia and then ask for Vitor belfort.
“I’m pushing to (face) Demian Maia, because I think the UFC has plans for all the other (fighters)”, said Belcher, who analyzes what the duel against the Tupiniquim black belt would be like.
