A brief video captured during the broadcast of UFC 193, last Sunday (15), showed with Ronda Rousey was stunned moments after the knockout she suffered in front of Holly holm, in the main fight of the event held in Melbourne, Australia.

The now former champion appears being supported by her team and doctors a few seconds after the end of the fight. Visibly not understanding what was going on, Ronda insistently repeated that she felt fine. At one point, the fighter is asked if she wants to sit on a stool to be examined by doctors. “No, I want to get back there [to fight]”, she replies.

In fact, it was an unprecedented situation for Ronda. The North American was undefeated in MMA, always defeating her opponents quickly and without needing the judges' decision. Facing Holm, the fighter suffered her first defeat, which also cost her the UFC women's bantamweight belt.

During the fight, Ronda was unable to impose her takedown and ground game, as Holm, a former world boxing champion, knew how to make good use of her movement and precise strikes. In the second round, with Ronda already visibly frustrated, Holm settled the score by connecting with a powerful high kick, which led to her rival being knocked out.
