The atmosphere is starting to heat up for the third edition of Platinum Fight, an event that will be held in Ribeiro Preto, on May 20th. The duel valid for the 84-kilo belt on the show between Cassiano Tytschyo and Daniel Acácio is the most anticipated fight by São Paulo fans.
“I’ve already secured my ticket and that of my girlfriend. We want to see the title fight. I follow Cassiano Tytschyo's career and I'm going to root for him”, says administrator Vinícius Eduardo, 23 years old. For Viviane, his girlfriend, neither Cassiano Tytschyo nor Daniel Acácio. “They will put on a great fight, but I really want to see Leo Rodarte and Márcio Barão, two athletes from Ribeirão who always put on a show wherever they go”, he says.
The “home” duel has already received more than 27 thousand votes from the public on the website and is one of the main attractions of the event, which also features an international challenge between Brazil and the United States, where Alexandre Sagat represents Brazil and Louis Armazzani performs for the Yankees .
For José Sica Calixto, from the BRFC Group and one of the organizers of this third edition of Platinum, Ribeirão will truly become the national capital of MMA and show that the sport belongs to big people, in every way.
“We are working to increase the number of admirers of this contagious sport, informing the media and public about the rules, and showing businesspeople that MMA is the sport of the present and the future”, he highlights.
