With an eye on another title fight in Ultimate, Randy Couture He already has an opponent to return to the fight. The “Captain of America” faces MMA debutante James Toney at UFC-118, an event that takes place on August 28, in Boston, in the United States.
Couture confirmed, through his Twitter, the duel against the former boxer and states that he wants to face Mauricio Shogun for the light heavyweight division title in 2010.
“I just signed the fight against Toney and everyone is talking about (Mauricio) Rua. I would love to face him, but Toney first!” said Randy.
“Great performance from Rua (in the fight against Machida). I would love to have a chance against him after Toney in August. Maybe (fight with) Shogun in October (laughs), UFC 120”, concluded the fighter who was already champion of the light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions in Ultimate.
