About to face the tough challenge of dethroning Ronda Rousey in the UFC, Holly holm has received the best quality support during his training. The title challenger, who is part of the Jackson's MMA academy, highlighted the support given by none other than Jon Jones, which, according to her, has played an important role in its evolution.

Jones is a former UFC light heavyweight champion and considered one of the best fighters currently active. The North American only lost the title because he was involved in a controversy outside of his fights, which ended up resulting in punishment from Ultimate. So, without being focused on his own fight, Jones continued going to Jackson's MMA gym to help his colleagues.
“We shadow box a bit and throw punches and kicks at each other, but obviously he won't spar with me like he would with a heavyweight. I love hearing his opinions. He has been very helpful and instrumental in this preparation. Sometimes he appears in my training sessions and he gives his opinions on my style and the ideas he has for me”, explained Holm, in a press conference organized by the UFC and reproduced by the “MMA Mania” website.
Holm will try to defeat Rousey in the main fight of UFC 193, an event that will take place on November 14 in Melbourne, Australia. The two fighters who will fight are undefeated in professional MMA.
