UFC president, Dana White, was quite irritated with the presentation of Anderson Silva at UFC-112, where the current middleweight champion exaggerated his provocations during the fight against the fellow Brazilian Demian Maia. Dana apologized to the public and publicly called Spider's attention
“The energy was incredible and for it to end like that was an embarrassment for me and the UFC”, said the top hat. “I apologize to everyone who bought tickets”, continues the embarrassed president.
“I didn’t like (his attitude) from the first minute of the first round,” White said. “Nobody defended more Anderson Silva than me. I think he’s the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, even after some bad performances,” White continued.
“I will still support him, I think he is incredibly talented. In the first two rounds, he started doing what he was doing, I don't even want to comment... I don't know what I'm going to do, I'm so impressed, disgusted, sad... What he did tonight was disrespectful. People don't want to see this shit, I don't want to, it makes me feel bad, but, again, I try to be positive”, concludes the top hat
