Rafael dos Anjos In December, he will make his first title defense as UFC lightweight champion. Even though he has only recently been champion, the Brazilian has already shown that he is the guy to beat in the under-70 kg division. At least that's what his head coach, Rafael Cordeiro, believes.

Leader of Kings MMA, Cordeiro stated that Dos Anjos' dedication puts him in a prominent position in the category, which will make a difference in the fight he will have against Donald Cerrone. “It will be a good fight. I believe Rafael will beat Cerrone again. Rafael has already proven that he is 'the man' in the lightweight division. Nobody works as hard as him, he trains too hard. Sometimes I even need to get his attention so he doesn't go over the edge”, declared the coach, in an interview with the former fighter's website “B.J. Penn".

The fight between Dos Anjos and Cerrone will headline UFC on FOX 17 on December 19th. On the same night, junior gypsy faces alistair overeem in a long-awaited duel between the heavyweights.
