The Brazilian Thales leites already has an opponent defined to return to the MFC. Coming off a victory in the Canadian event over Dean Lister, the Brazilian black belt will face Jesse Taylor in the main fight of MFC-25, an event that will take place on May 7th. Contrary to what had been confirmed by Thales himself on the website SUPER FIGHTS, the duel will not be valid for the show's middleweight belt, but the organization's president, Mark Pavelich, expects a great fight.
“This fight could easily become a candidate for best fight of the year. There’s a chance for the belt at stake in this fight,” said the president.
