The first event of the busiest weekend in UFC history is already taking shape, with 11 fights on its schedule. UFC Fight Night 80, which will open activities for UFC 194 (from José Aldo x Conor McGregor), in Las Vegas (USA), had a series of fights announced.

The Brazilian Thiago Marreta will try for his third consecutive victory in the Octagon against a rock, Elias Theodorou, undefeated in MMA and champion of the TUF Nations season. Already Santiago Ponzinibbio, an Argentine who was successful in his participation in TUF Brasil 2, will face Andreas Stahl.
The event will also have interesting fights in other categories, such as Jim Miller x Michael chiesa among the lightweights, and John Howard x Tim means among welterweights. The Brazilian Antonio Shoe Guy, champion of TUF Brasil 3, had already been announced in the attraction against Kevin Casey, as well as the main fight of the night, between strawweights paige vanzant e Joanne calderwood.
UFC Fight Night 80 will be held on a Thursday, one day before the event with the TUF 22 finals. On Saturday, the 12th, UFC 194 closes the week with Aldo x McGregor, in addition to Chris Weidman x Luke Rockhold.
