This Wednesday (16th) in Australia, and Tuesday in Brazil, the main stars of UFC 193 went to Oceania to promote the start of ticket sales for the event on November 14th. As usual, president Dana White led the fight and the atmosphere became heated between the bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and the challenger Holly holm.
Completely abandoning the respectful, and to a certain extent friendly, speech that she had been adopting until then, Ronda started with her fist clenched towards Holm, trying to intimidate her rival, who in turn responded with a fixed look. The tension, however, only lasted in the seconds that marked the look, as soon after posing for the photos Ronda made a point of greeting the former world boxing champion.
Protagonist of the co-main fight of the night, strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk did not let anything go and also starred in tense moments when she came face to face with her opponent, Canadian Valerie Letourneau. As is already her trademark, the Polish woman “hunted” her opponent during the face-off and even touched her with her forehead.
UFC 193 takes place on November 14th, in Melbourne (Australia) and promises to register the largest audience in the history of Ultimate, as it will be held in a football stadium with a capacity for more than 70 thousand fans.
