Even though I won Frank mir in the judges' decision at UFC 191, at the beginning of the month, Andrei Arlovski received a lot of criticism for his performance in combat. The Belarusian did not show the same strength as when he knocked out Antonio Pezão and Travis Browne and ended up being criticized, including by boos from the public present at the gym in Las Vegas (USA).

However, the former champion showed that he did not have much patience for negative comments. In an interview with the “Submission Radio” podcast, Arlovski sent a very direct message to his detractors. “I don’t mean to be rude, but f*** all these people. It's easy to talk while sitting on the couch. Put your gloves on and step into the octagon against someone then,” he declared.

The fighter said he was happy with some points during the fight. “You see, I did what I did. I'm really happy with some parts of that fight. For example, when he took me down, he tried to apply a kimura. I escaped and then controlled him the entire time. So, there were moments in the fight that I was happy with. But, of course, it wasn't a knockout, and that's what people criticize. But it wasn't the worst performance. That’s why I don’t listen to or read things on the internet”, he said.

With the victory, his fourth in a row in the UFC, Arlovski is even closer to challenging for the division's belt. Since returning to the organization, he has hit Brendan Schaub, Pezão, Browne and, now, Mir.
