The month of December will be extremely important for the UFC featherweight division. Another fight between two athletes from top 10 of the weight becomes part of the Ultimate program for the end of the year: according to the website of the North American broadcaster “FOX Sports”, Max Holloway will face Jeremy Stephens at UFC 194.
Holloway, just 23 years old, is on the rise in the organization. The Hawaiian fighter has won seven consecutive victories in the Octagon, the last against Charles of the Bronx, which placed him in fifth place in the category. Stephens, eighth, surpassed Dennis Bermudez at UFC 189 in July.
At the same UFC 194, on December 12, the under-66 kg division belt will also be put on the line, with José Aldo facing up Conor McGregor. One day earlier, in the TUF 22 finals, Frankie Edgar measure forces with Chad Mendes.
