Great rival of Ronda Rousey, the Brazilian Chris Cyborg is about to face the UFC champion in another area: samba no pé. Last year, Ronda took some risks on her visit to Rocinha, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), but Cyborg decided to go further and announced that he will parade for the community's samba school at Carnival 2016.

The Invicta FC featherweight champion will be one of the highlights of the Acadêmicos da Rocinha parade, which in the next Carnival will feature the theme “Nova Roma é Brasil, Brasil é Rocinha!”. Information about Cyborg's participation was released by the fighter's press office.

In addition to samba, Cyborg is also about to rival Ronda on the big screen. After the UFC champion's success in three Hollywood films, it's the Brazilian's turn to appear in the cinema. Cris will be alongside fellow Ultimate athletes Miesha Tate e Holly holm in the feature film “Fight Valley”.
