Scheduled to premiere on September 9th on North American TV, the The Ultimate Fighter 22 The list of participants has just been announced. In total there are 32 fighters from 11 different nationalities, ten European countries and the United States, who will compete for 16 places on the program during the inaugural episode.

The European team will be led by Conor McGregor and the North American team will have as coach Urijah faber, the two rivals in technical command also promise to shake up the edition – which will also feature the special participation of the featherweight champion José Aldo, who will enter the studios and star in a heated confrontation with the Irishman.

The TUF 22 season will feature only one tournament for athletes in the featherweight category. The final of the reality show will be held on December 11th, the day before the unification of the belts between Conor McGregor e José Aldo, in an event starring the duel between Chad Mendes e Frankie Edgar, also in Las Vegas (USA).
