Every now and then, the Ultimate organization provides fans with a series of exclusive behind-the-scenes images and scenes that portray a little more of the “other side” of the Octagon, with the athletes and their teams in more intimate moments. After UFC 190, the event released a special video with the “emotion and agony”, as the title suggests, of the athletes on the stellar Rio card.

Follow the celebration of names like Demian Maia, Claudinha gadelha, Mauritius Shogun, Antonio Pezão e Ronda Rousey, but also the disappointment of those defeated, as was the case with Beth Pitbull and Jessica Aguilar.

Held last Saturday (01), in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), UFC 190 marked the women's bantamweight champion's sixth successful title defense Ronda Rousey, with the knockout triumph in just 34 seconds over the Brazilian Beth Pitbull. In the co-main fight of the night, Mauritius Shogun hit Rogério Minotouro in a replay of the historic PRIDE fight, which was also the coaches' duel of TUF Brasil 4.
