Confirmed last weekend by president Dana White, who took the opportunity to confirm that the main fight on the card will be the trilogy between Vitor belfort e Dan Henderson: UFC Sao Paulo Little by little it takes shape. With the exception of the duel between Belfort and Hendo, the event has just won its first fight: between lightweights Gleison Tibau and Abel Trujilo.

At 32 years old, Gleison Tibau has a professional record of 33 wins and eleven losses. The potiguar is currently the second athlete with the most fights in the history of Ultimate, with 25 appearances in the octagon, and will isolate himself in his post as soon as he enters the cage for his next duel, remaining just one fight behind the leader Tito Ortiz (27)
Abel Trujilo, 31 years old, has a professional record of 12 wins, six losses and one fight without result. A coincidence of the duel is that both Trujilo and Tibau are coming off defeats to the same athlete: Tony Ferguson. The duel between the Brazilian and the North American, rivals in the gyms American Top Team e blackzilians, was announced by the North American website “MMA Fighting”.
O UFC Sao Paulo 2015 takes place on November 7th, at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium. This will be the fourth time that the most famous octagon arrives in the capital of São Paulo, the third in consecutive years. The last card in the city took place in May last year and, in addition to the finals of TUF Brasil 3, it was headlined by the fight between Stipe Miocic and Fábio Maldonado.
