The UFC has already chosen the main fight for the next visit to Brazil. On November 7th, Vitor belfort makes his third fight against Dan Henderson at UFC Fight Night 78, scheduled to take place in the city of São Paulo. The fight will take place in the middleweight division, up to 84 kg.
The first duel between the two was in 2006, still at the now defunct PRIDE event. At the time, the North American prevailed in the judges' decision. In 2013, on the UFC's first visit to Goiânia, Belfort won, becoming the first to knock out Henderson in his career.
The rematch against Henderson, in November 2013, was Belfort's last victory to date, as the Brazilian veteran was away from activity and only returned against Chris Weidman, in May this year, when he lost by technical knockout. Henderson, in turn, fought four times after that occasion, with two victories and two defeats.
