Forced to withdraw from the UFC-110 card, Ben rothwell was diagnosed with a case of “travelling” flu, which left him unable to fight off Mirko crocop. The athlete's coach, Duke Roufus, reported on the athlete's condition this Tuesday.

“He was very ill, lost a lot of weight and hadn’t eaten for 48 hours,” he says.

Despite Rothwell's withdrawal from the card, the UFC president stated that the fight will take place in future events.

“Hopefully we can make this fight quick,” White said.
The athlete's coach says that although UFC 115 has an almost complete card, he believes there is still room for Rothwell on that card.
