As expected, the surprise doping test controversy in José Aldo which ended in police case this Thursday (11) became ammunition for harsh attacks on the featherweight champion in the hands of the challenger Conor McGregor. Upon learning the story, the Irishman didn't mince his words and fired at Aldo and Dedé Pederneiras, his coach and leader of the “Nova União”.

“I was tested on May 23rd. Blood and urine. José Aldo, you are a little hack. You and your coach (are hacks)”, wrote McGregor on his official profile on Twitter.
The loudmouth's coach, John Kavanagh, used social media to mock the fact that Aldo was being tested again, but this time knowing when the exam would take place. “A-le-a-tó-ri-o: adjective; 1.made, happened or chosen without method or conscious decision. 2. notified 24 hours in advance”, published Kavanagh, referring to the “new meaning” of the word in the dictionary.
This Friday (12), José Aldo underwent another anti-doping test, this time carried out by the Brazilian MMA Athletic Commission (CABMMA), whose samples will be sent to an accredited laboratory in Salt Lake City (USA).
José Aldo e Conor McGregor face each other for the featherweight belt on July 11th, in the main fight of UFC 189. The co-main event will feature a duel between the welterweight champion Robbie Lawler and challenge him Rory McDonald.
