Netto BJJ beats Índio Brabo and team Shogun opens 6-0 at TUF Brasil 4

The program also showed the withdrawal of Giovanni Soldado, who was forced to withdraw due to injuries. Reginaldo Vieira takes his place

The massacre seems to have no end and Team Shogun won yet another on TUF Brasil 4. In the eighth episode of the series, shown in the early hours of this Monday (25), Joaquim Netto BJJ defeated Erick “Índio Brabo” da Silva in the judges' decision and increased the advantage over the brothers' team to 6×0 Rodrigo Minotauro e Rogério Minotouro. With the result, Netto guaranteed a place in the semifinals of the UFC reality show among lightweights.

The edition was also marked by the withdrawal of Giovanni Soldado from the program. The Team Shogun representative had already suffered injuries to his shoulder and groin. But a mouth infection and the side effects of medication were the determining factors for him not to continue in the contest.

In his place, UFC president Dana White selected  Leandro Higo, from the Nogueira brothers team. But he also suffered a rib bruise in his fight against Bruno Korea and also gave up his position.
