José Aldo e Conor McGregor will make the most anticipated fight in the history of the featherweight category on July 11th, in the main event of UFC 189. But people are already watching the winner of the duel, months before the rivals step into the octagon. In an interview, the rooster champion TJ Dillashaw revealed that he dreams of having a fight between title holders against the winner of the duel between Aldo and McGregor. But Dillashaw didn't stop there. The American stripped himself of any trace of modesty and assured that he has what it takes to beat his hypothetical rival, be it the Brazilian or the Irish.

“I would love to do a 'Champ vs. Champion' fight. That's my next goal. My goal was to become the best in the world in my category and I've already done that. I obviously need to remain dominant, keep my belt and continue to do that, but I would love to move up a category in the future to have a fight between champions. This is my biggest purpose now. Obviously I will believe in myself and I will win this fight. I feel like I can hold my own against McGregor's striking. I know he's a big featherweight, so his size will cause me some problems, but I would work my way up using wrestling. I think I would be able to staple him and keep him uncomfortable. In fact, I can win this fight whether against McGregor or Aldo. Whoever wins the fight (at UFC 189), I would beat any of them”, said Dillashaw, in an interview with “Submission Radio”.
Before worrying about a super fight against another champion, TJ Dillashaw will put his belt on the line soon and will face the Brazilian Renan Barao in the main fight of UFC on FOX 16, an event scheduled for July 25th. The duel is a rematch, as the North American was responsible for ending the Brazilian's long undefeated streak in May last year, when he won the under-61,2 kg division title.
