Magazine names Ronda Rousey as 'Most Dominant Athlete of 2015'

Once again the domain of Ronda Rousey in the UFC he is recognized beyond the borders of MMA. The business magazine “Business Insider” placed the American fighter at the top of the list of “Most dominant living athletes of 2015”, ahead of other important and renowned characters from the world of sports.

“No athlete is the best in their sport by as large a margin as Rousey. His last two victories averaged 15 seconds. The UFC made her its first female fighter in history. In five fights in the UFC, only one opponent made it past the first round without being knocked out or submitted. She is not only undefeated, she is also untouchable”, praised the magazine article.

The list, which has 50 names, also mentions three other characters from the world of fighting. Undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather is 14th, four places ahead of the former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones. The amateur boxer Claressa shields ranked 40th.
