The fight started with a lot of study, with practically no action in the first minute. That's when Jabouin dived at Thominhas' legs and took the Brazilian down. The fight on the ground, however, was short-lived, as Thomas quickly got up and the fight returned to the feet. Afterwards, the Brazilian clearly tried to loosen up his game, landing good blows on Jabouin. With the Haitian clearly uncomfortable, Thominhas threw several blows at the head and waistline of his opponent, who remained standing motionless, on the bars, until the referee interrupted.

As a result, Thomas almeida expands his perfect record in MMA to 18 wins and no losses, being his second triumph in the UFC. Jabouin now has 20 wins and ten losses.

In a duel between Canadians, Davis submits Kaufman and puts an end to the parish

One of the highlights of the UFC 186 preliminary card was the duel between two of the highest ranked fighters in the UFC's women's bantamweight division today, Alexis Davis and Sarah Kaufman. In the initial phase of the fight, Kaufman imposed his striking and punished Davis, who was unsuccessfully trying to take the fight to the ground.

However, everything changed in the second round, when Kaufman clinched, hesitated and suffered a beautiful takedown from her compatriot. Davis quickly set up and entered a triangle, then moving into an armbar. Thus, Kaufman had no alternative but to resist.

With the result, Davis put an end to the parish in front of Kaufman, to whom he has already lost twice in the past. The two fighters, however, have already fallen to the current champion of the category, Ronda Rousey, who finished Kaufman in 54 seconds in 2012 and knocked out Davis in 16 seconds in 2014.
