The Brazilian Paulo thiago has a new opponent for UFC-109, an event that takes place on February 6, in Las Vegas. Initially scheduled to do the rematch against Josh koscheck, the Brazilian black belt had his opponent injured during training. The athlete himself published the information on Twitter:

“Well, the news is bad. I will not fight at UFC 109, on February 6th, due to an injury. It’ll be good to get back to the gym in a couple of weeks, I hope!”

With this, the BOPE police officer will face another challenger, Koscheck's teammate, Mike Swick, who is coming off a defeat to Dan Hardy at UFC-105, in November.
