Despite being Ultimate champion since 2010, José Aldo has never been more in evidence than in the preparation for his next fight, against the Irishman Conor McGregor, at UFC 189, in July. Taking advantage of his moment in the spotlight, Manauara has just launched his first TV program, based on the program of activities carried out by the fighter during his training.

Entitled “Aldo Fit”, the same name as the fitness program signed by the UFC champion, the attraction will be shown on the cable channel “E+” from Monday to Friday, starting this Wednesday (15), and will last 30 minutes. Throughout the program, viewers will follow a series of physical conditioning exercises and aesthetic evolution.
