In the last month, Claudinha gadelha suffered a back injury and had to leave the fight against Aisling Daly at UFC Poland, considered by many to be the qualifier for a title fight in the strawweight category. Already in the recovery process, the Brazilian took the opportunity to enjoy the beach, show off her good shape and comment on her current situation.

“S*** happens, but life goes on. Being crazy is part of the game”, wrote the fighter on her official profile on Instagram. “Tending to the injury. I can't wait to get back to training. Praying that I can get back to doing what I like soon”, commented Claudinha in another image, in which she appears in the middle of a physiotherapy session.
At 26, Claudinha gadelha has a professional record of 12 wins and only one professional loss, in a highly contested decision against the current Ultimate strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk. Recently, the Nova União athlete said that she would like her duel against Aisling Daly, her training partner Conor McGregor, was rescheduled for UFC 189, on July 11th, the same event in which his gym colleague José Aldo faces the Irish loudmouth.
